Two notable television alumni and native Chicagoans come together for a top-shelf culinary journey at this year’s Festival. Join chefs Stephanie Izard and Dale Talde as they bring their playful and competitive style to your palate during a special dinner at Talde’s namesake Miami Beach outpost. Izard, a James Beard Award-winner and FOOD & WINE Best New Chef, is the Executive Chef/Partner of three of Chicago’s trendiest restaurants. Talde, proud son of Filipino immigrants, began cooking at a young age beside his mother in their Chicago kitchen - today, he has namesake restaurants in Brooklyn, Jersey City and Miami Beach.
