The chic allure of a classic brasserie in Paris meets the elegance of Bal Harbour Shops at Starr Restaurant’s Le Zoo. Join Hugo Carmona, deputy chef to internationally renowned truffle expert Benjamin Bruno (AKA The Truffle King) hailing from Bruno's iconic and Michelin-starred Chez Bruno, together with Martha Stewart, founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Emmy Award-winning television show host, entrepreneur and best-selling author and Le Zoo Executive Chef Craig Wallen as they host this inspired evening reminiscent of a decadent evening in St. Tropez. Capping off the evening will be desserts from pastry king and 2016 James Beard Award semifinalist Antonio Bachour, of Miami's Bachour Bakery+Bistro. Enjoy the truest interpretations of French cuisine, inclusive of luxurious truffle accents, at a perfectly paired dinner paying homage to the 10th anniversary of Château D'Esclans Whispering Angel.  Set under the lush canopy of Le Zoo, the evening will transport you straight to the iconic sidewalk cafés of Paris without ever reaching for your passport. Guests at this dinner will receive a copy of Martha Stewart's Vegetables: Inspired Recipes and Tips for Choosing, Cooking, and Enjoying the Freshest Seasonal Flavors (Clarkson Potter, September 2016).

Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@sobefest.com.
