Enjoy a little bit of everything under the Mastercard GrandTasting Tents on the beach at the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village. Remove your sensibilities as you enter a world devoted exclusively to sampling bold cuisine, stylish wines, and carefully creative spirits. Take a refreshing stroll through an unending array of smells and tastes while celebrating this year’s achievements in the culinary, wine and spirit world. For the second year, attendees will be able to text to vote for their favorite dishes and decide which restaurant will win the Miami New Times’ “Short Order's Best Bite on the Beach” award.

Culinary Demonstrations (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Catch all of your favorite Food Network & Cooking Channel chefs, authors and culinary personalities in their own 45-minute segments on the KitchenAid® Culinary Demonstration stages.  Afterward, don’t miss the chance to exchange a few personal words and receive a signature with the rock stars of the culinary world at the Food Network Book Signing Tents with on-site retailer Books & Books selling these superstars latest cookbooks.

Join this illustrious panel for a fascinating tour of America's centuries-long appetite for Chinese food. The panel -- Chef Cecilia Chiang, known for introducing America to authentic Chinese food with the opening of The Mandarin in 1961, “Soul of the Banquet” director Wayne Wang, Ruth Reichl, writer and former restaurant critic for The New York Times, and Michael Bauer, restaurant critic for The San Francisco Chronicle -- will discuss the social and cultural history to the culinary story of Chinese-American cuisine and seasoning them well with personal anecdotes.
