Acclaimed chef and SOBEWFF® 2008 Tribute Dinner honoree Jean-Georges Vongerichten hosts Saturday brunch at Vongerichten’s glamourous, historic and reinvented Matador Room at the lavish Edition Hotel, where classic cuisine gets a modern twist, upgraded for a new generation. Vongerichten is known for being involved with every element of his restaurants worldwide - from concept to menu to architectural design to staff, he remains attentive to each and every detail. Working with more light broths, fruit essences, vegetable juices and herbal vinaigrettes, Vongerichten will create a luxurious menu to pair with selections from a refreshing and vibrant portfolio of wines especially for the Festival brunch.
